Budalang’i Member of Parliament Ababu Namwamba has demanded a Ministerial Statement on who is paying national coach Antoine Hey’s salary.

He has asked Sports minister, Helen Sambili, to explain why the Government has paid the German Sh10.7 million yet his Embassy was supposed to pay the salary.
