| Kisiis, I hope you are watching what kalenjins are saying, Luos are doing and what Kikuyus have done. Lets unite not under an individual, but behind an idea. We bargain from the beginning but we must support one of our own, or a small tribe that cannot discard our interests after elections. Believe me we are a force to reckon with if we do just that.

| Ruto should know Kalenjins can go it alone as they say and we have kept this on record. You CANNOT WIN. We will support any community that has not been to State House. We are tired of people who talk as if other tribes don't exist.

| Kalenjin leaders have their priorities all wrong. I wish they advocated for economic development of the community as much as they are doing for Civil Service positions. A job pacifies one man, we need something that graces all. Stop the mediocrity and dragging the community into shameless endless debates. Fight for good roads, for opportunities for value addition to the communities resources.

| The constant rancor, impetuosity, and vacillations of Ruto and the Kalenjin MPs behind is not helping maturing of politics in Rift Valley. Ruto seems to be consumed the "Kalembe Ndile-type" pedestrian politics currently exhibited by the heretical Mr Kutuny. If Ruto is completely defanged, the Kutunys of Kalenjin politics have no backbone and will readily run for cover. Ruto should be very careful!

| Raila should not be seen to be begging votes from Ruto. If God says Raila will win you will win and become president of Kenya minus Kalenjin votes. Don't think that Kalenjins have all the Presidential Votes. You can also win Kikuyus, Kambas, Merus, Luhyas, Kisiis, Somalis and become president. I foresee that next election all tribes will have a candidate and of course all tribes will vote its candidate.

| You people are forgetting that Kenya has young generation and with the coming of IT, we do not need sons of wives or relatives of political barons. Every Kenyan family has a right to test politics. Why should we keeping sending same people there again and again. Wake up Kenya, with IT we do not need same people we can work and question them right from our homes. Stop dreaming, Moi was president!

| I remember a time in Kenya when the Standard paper was respected for no nonsense reporting. These days, the paper has taken over proclaiming tribal and ethnic sentiments. In a country with so many minorities, doesn't the paper have a responsibility to promote statesmen and national ideals? It's either Kikuyu, Kalenjin, Luo etc, what about Kenyans?

| When they talk of alliances, they forget coalitions. From alliances, we get coalitions. We have proven that we cannot manage coalition governments. Why do we need another alliance-cum-coalition? Alliances will lead to fulfilling some politicians goals and not citizens. KK alliance should not be entertained. Let's shun inter-tribal alliances and work as one nation towards 2012.

| Every time I read news, I just realize how sick the country is getting with dicatorship, tribalism and individualism. Kikuyu-Kalenjin alliance? Come on people! While the displaced post-election clashes victims are yet to be resettled? What is priority to our politicians? What makes peolpe like Ruto think that just the Kalenjin vote can take him to State House?

| Politics will never change from tribalism in Kenya. The only thing now Ruto can tell us is how Kalenjins will group themselves on their own. He is not talking of unified Kenya at all. God bless Kenya.

| Our Kalenjin brothers, just be patient. Kenyans know that you were used to power and everything for yourselves for twenty four years and you must be feeling quite baridi now that it is shared amongst many. Today Ruto is this kesho he is that. What is the problem yet the cycle is indeed very long!No need behaving like a bride looking for a suitor. Unite with all Kenyans for peace even if no gain!

| If every tribe has to support their own into the highest post, when will we ever have a president. No single tribe can successfully field a presidential candidate and get him elected if it were to depend on its tribe alone. May be a majimbo system where every tribe has its own jimbo can have its tribeman as president of its jimbo. I think there is a wrong notion that Rift Valley is Kalenjin.

| Might it be necessary to divide Kenya with a piece "of country" for each of its bellicose tribes? Either that, or we have a legislation criminalizing all this tribal talk. If the latter were to be done, any person appealing to a group of people to do this or that as (a tribal) bloc would be liable to prosecution and jail sentence not exceeding... the only way to overcome the stone-age mindset

Let me remind Kenyans that on 20th, Octomber, 1963,(kamukunji) Mzee Jomo Kenyatta said that tribal leaders have no place in our society. Listen to the speech at YOUTUBE under "IN MEMORIAM MZEE JOMO KENYATTA PART ONE AND PART TWO"

Now Ajuma as Pulse predicted in 2003 is one of the world’s top African models.
