Kuwait crush Stars in Egypt

Kuwait handed Harambee Stars a 5-0 whitewash in an international friendly in Egypt last night. Stars were using the friendly to prepare for the 2010 World Cup/Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Nigeria on November 14.
The team composed mainly of local based players with only, Allan Wanga, Patrick Osiako and Astin Makacha in the side are expected back tomorrow morning to prepare for the crunch tie. Nigeria, named a strong squad (see story on FP 4) for the encounter against Kenya, which they must win and hope Tunisia falter in Mozambique to stand a chance of qualifying to the South Africa finals.
