MPs have long exercised collective impunity based on the fact that we have them for 5 years.This clause is good although we need to define the circumstances that warrant a recall to avoid their using propaganda that "election loosers" will "witch-hunt" them.

Brief:It takes courage, and a brave face, to be Dr Alfred Mutua, the Government spokesman. But he has a job to do. Whatever the job, for the public does not know his key performance indicators, he is cheapening it, nibbling incessantly at its potential for being a credible public office. ...more

| Mutua is as cheap as they come. His job is to be a spin doctor but his politics are as cheap as the lies he tells. A lot of folks actually doubt the doctorate he holds. He has lied so much he actually believes what he says, and that's the sad truth.
